The successful candidate should have a B.S or advanced degree in a science or engineering field. He or she should be bilingual in Mandarin and English and should have more than 5 years’ experience managing a QC/QA group in a manufacturing environment. Previous experience managing a quality group in battery manufacturing is preferred but not essential. Applicant should be familiar with the implementation of 6 sigma techniques. Experience setting up and acquiring ISO 9001 certification is an asset.
