崗位職責
1. Handles all aspects of accounting. For financial statement preparation, Internal controls and reviews, financial standards, audits, US and local GAAP reconciliation and financial variance analysis.      
2. Financial statement preparation – must ensure all international subsidiary ledgers and reports are closed in a timely and accurate manner.      
3. Responsible for the general ledger accounts relevant posting and reconciliation, to ensure tax/customs and GAAP compliance.      
4. Manages local Cost Accounting function, Inventory control & Valuation. Ensures fluctuations are properly explained and documented. Oversee bi-annual physical inventory counts with Cost Accounting.      
5.Handles company insurance,audit company operation to let it conciliate with company insurance and follow up the accident.     
6. Internal controls and reviews – must review all local and contract manufacturer controls and propose and implement new and amended control procedures in coordination with US direction.      
7.Review and signs checks disbursements and approves outgoing wires.Cash management and ensure the safety of cash.      
8. Gathers data for budgetary inputs on a monthly,quarterly and annual basis as needed.       
9. Handles audit requested by local or global management.and ensure audit coordinate from all sources.      
10.Handles monthly State and city tax filling. Clearly communicates the VAT, income and business taxes, and other law and compliance issues with the Corporate Controller to collaboratively determine the best course of action to take in order to minimize tax as well as risk.      
11.Maintain SAP system.      
12.Oversees the supervision of assigned personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.      
13. Other duties as requested by local or global management 

 
任職要求

We are seeking a qualified Finance Manager with Accounting/Finance Bachelor degree and at least 6 years working experience in the manufacturing industry. At least 4 years in finance manager position. A successful candidate should have solid accounting and tax knowledge, SAP experience, good communication and team leadership skill. Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin are pre-requisites.
